Earlier this year, after a long and collaborative effort among the Grand Junction area economic development partners and the state, West Star Aviation committed to stay and embark on a major expansion in Grand Junction.

    Estimated Reach over 1.1 million 

    GJEP advertised alongside a Colorado feature in Site Selection magazine and online, as well as in the Sentinel’s Chamber update, Spoke+Blossom, The Business Times and online on ColoradoBiz, the Colorado Sun, and Innovation & Tech Today. GJEP also continued paid search and display ad campaigns via Multiview. Messaging was around key industries and lifestyle, as well as specific to WCES.

    In Q3, the total number of visitors is on par with Q2 with a slight increase in new users. The majority of users (83.9%) are coming as a result of direct traffic or organic search with 10% of traffic coming from referrals and 5% of traffic coming from social media.

    In February 2021, we launched a digital ambassador program, inviting a limited group of locals with a strong and positive social media presence to share GJEP news stories with their networks. The effort allows us to amplify our social media reach. To date we have 29 ambassadors. This year, they have shared posts 34 times resulting in 184 clicks and 3,568 impressions.
