GRAND JUNCTION, CO (November 23, 2020) – The Grand Junction Economic Partnership (GJEP) is excited to welcome CX Partner Source to Colorado’s Grand Valley. An assembly of Contact Center Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) senior leaders, assembled by Founder and President Tom Silzell, announced last week that they have established CX Partner Source in Grand Junction. The advisory business will provide support to companies in their search of scalable Customer Experience (CX) contact center and technology outsource partnerships, such as virtualized call centers.

“We started CX Partner Source (CXPS) as a no-fee service to clients who want to explore outsourcing their contact center and technology solutions. These relationships can be supported from anywhere in the world – and we have a very diverse and intelligent population in Western Colorado. I am highly confident that the Grand Valley labor market will support our hiring needs as we grow.”

The global COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically accelerated the virtualized call center, which had already been a growing trend facilitated by the cloud, new software applications, the availability of broadband and momentum of the “gig economy.” According to an Infinity Research report published in July 2020, the call center outsourcing market is poised to grow by over $13 billion over the next four years.

With thirty-five percent of the CX workforce expected to work from home by 2023, Silzell said the CXPS team saw an opportunity to help organizations take advantage of finding alternative solutions at lower costs, yielding higher levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

“Global enterprises that can work virtually are attracted to our location and our lifestyle, as well as our workforce and relatively low costs of doing business. This was becoming the case before the pandemic, and interest has certainly accelerated in the last year” said GJEP Executive Director Robin Brown. “With its strong leadership and expertise in the virtual space, CX Partner Source is a truly valuable addition to our growing digital economy. We look forward to supporting their efforts and hopefully building a relationship that will help highlight Grand Junction in the global market.

CXPS has assembled a global network and growing dataset of fully vetted and registered contact center and technology providers who provide outsourcing solutions for any geography, including work-at-home, vertical expertise requirement, and scale requirements in parallel with a growing dataset of enterprises, small and medium businesses, government agencies, non-profit organizations who are seeking CX improvements through efficiency and innovation.

The founding leadership team includes Tom Silzell, Founder and President, Joe Fiorello, Director, Relationship Development, Brad Richards, Leader, Global Advisory Solutions, Scott Wilson, Legal Advisor, and Cynthia Artin, Marketing Advisor.
