RockyMounts, a bike rack manufacturer, relocated to Colorado’s Grand Valley last year and had just recently broken ground on its new HQ in downtown Grand Junction when COVID-19 swept the country. Initially, the pandemic shut down the company and many staffers who’d been on the job for mere weeks or months were suddenly furloughed. But then orders picked up – and up, and up, and up. In May, the company had its highest-grossing month ever.
