Fruita Builds Community Home for Retail, Culinary and Creative Arts

The former 13,000-square foot Fruita Health Club at 158 S. Park Square is being transformed by the Fruita Arts Recreation Marketplace (FARM) into a “dynamic mix of streetfront retail, artist studios and spaces for creative professionals, artists of all styles, the outdoor industry and culinary projects to intersect,” as reported in The Daily Sentinel Feb. 17, 2022

Grand Jun Fermentation and Monument Mountain Biking are already confirmed for the building, which will include glass walls, skylights and gathering spaces. It will also include 20 studio spaces.

The projected is expected to be completed in August 2022.
