On Sunday, leaders reached agreement on a $900 billion package that includes money for vaccine distribution, $300-a-week unemployment benefits, $600 relief checks for most Americans and nearly $300 billion in new small business loans. It also includes a one-month extension to the federal eviction moratorium that was set to expire on Dec. 31, as well as $25 billion in emergency rental assistance and more time to spend money from the CARES Act.
