We make initial contact to gauge the company’s level of interest.
PROSPECT - Level 1
First we schedule a meeting with company leadership to discuss their specific requirements and timeline for relocation. Then we send them a customized packet with relocation information including site options and incentives.
PROSPECT - Level 2
We invite company leadership to visit the Grand Valley and encourage them to bring their families. During the visit they will tour prospective sites, meet with community members, public officials and peer businesses. Family members have an opportunity to visit residential neighborhoods and schools.
PROSPECT - Level 3
Now that company leadership has seen the Grand Valley for themselves and given us their requirements, we craft and present a finalized proposal. We also offer to assist in securing sites and financing.
