FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (April 19, 2018 | Grand Junction, CO) – The Grand Junction Economic Partnership (GJEP) is pleased to announce that netPolarity, a Silicon Valley-based staffing firm, has selected the City of Grand Junction for its second location. This morning, the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) approved netPolarity for a Strategic Fund Incentive to help facilitate the expansion.
netPolarity reached out to GJEP last year during a nationwide search for a second location. During several visits to our community, as well as an official presentation at the company’s headquarters in San Jose, Calif., GJEP addressed the local labor pool, available real estate and funding opportunities.
“Our primary objective with this expansion is to gain access to a pool of workforce interested in long term job tenure and building something great together,” said David Chuang, president of netPolarity. “In Silicon Valley, workforce demand is so high, the workforce mentality is transitional, where typical tenure for an employee is 12 to 18 months. We are really drawn to the Midwestern value of hard work, strong work ethics and loyalty. We are fortunate to have discovered Grand Junction where there is a big city feel but yet a small town flavor. Our presence is well-received and people are excited to have access to Silicon Valley type of opportunities.”
Established in 2000, netPolarity is a full-service, global workforce procurement provider. It was named to the Top 50 Fastest Growing Staffing Firms in 2008 and was included on Entrepreneur magazine’s list of Hot 500 Fastest Growing Companies. Today, netPolarity boasts an impressive list of Fortune 1000 clients. In its California office, netPolarity employs 60 people with an average income of $65,000.

netPolarity is currently in the process of moving in to its new location on Patterson Road. If the expansion proves successful, netPolarity plans on a Recruiting Operations Center in Grand Junction that mirrors the size and scope of its San Jose operations. The company plans to hire 59 new employees in Grand Junction over the next four years, with an annual payroll of $2.5 million. The total economic impact of these hires is over $6.6 million.
