COLORADO NAMED #3 BEST STATE FOR DOING BUSINESS

This week, 24/7 Wall St. released its ranking of the best and worst states for doing business, with Colorado in third place behind Utah and Massachusetts.  The state ranked particularly high in real GDP growth (5% from 2013 to 2014) and percentage of adults with a bachelor’s degree (38.3%). Perhaps the most interesting projection however, was that by 2020, Colorado’s share of working-age residents “will have increased by 8.6% from 2010 levels, much faster than the national growth rate of 4.6%.”
