Corporate Income Tax
Colorado's corporate income tax rate is a flat 4.63%. This was reduced from 4.75%
on January 1, 2000. This rate ranks ninth lowest of all states which have corporate

Property Tax
In the State of Colorado property tax is imposed at the county
level. Commercial and industrial property is assessed at 29% of
market value. (Tax is calculated in Mesa County. The mill levy
in 2002 is approximately 88 per 1,000). For more information on
