SUNNY DAYS OUTNUMBERED ONLY BY SUNNY DISPOSITIONS

The Grand Junction area has one of the finest climates in the nation, which is best described as mild and dry. There is nothing quite like the Colorado sunshine. Grand Junction was recently named the 7th Sunniest City in the United States by the Tourism Review.  In the summer enjoy clear, dry days averaging upper 80's to mid 90's, with comfortably cool nights in the 60's. In the winter, while it does snow occasionally in the valley, it tends to melt quickly. Temperatures ranging from the mid 30's to upper 40's make golf a year-round sport. In spring and fall, temperatures range from the mid 50's to the low 70's. The climate here is one of Grand Junction's many outstanding features.
